Well, my pickled squash didn't seal.....luckily I only made 6 cans of it....it tastes good though so some lucky people will be getting a gift this weekend. No way will my family eat it all up in the two weeks it can stay fresh in the fridge.
So, I'm looking at these pressure canners and geez they're expensive.....I think I'll just practice hot water bath seals a bit more.
Anyway, back to the kitchen..........
