I hear it over and over again....."I don't have the time to keep up with politics". I hope that the economic crisis may make some folks find the time to keep up with politics..for the sake of our children and grandchildren. Here's one way to make it easier.....a site called GovTrack
By registering, you can create a tracking page that shows you what your Representatives and Senators are up to; you can track legislation that you are concerned with.....by using this site I learned that one of the Representatives in my state sponsored a bill to stop President Obama from forcing our wounded vets to use private insurance for their medical care..... and now I can track that bill as it makes its way though the system.
The site sends you emails regarding the events, people, or legislation that you are tracking....can't be easier. So, no more excuses now folks; lets begin to really and truly hold our elected officials accountable for the mess they are making of our great country.

Thanks! I'll be putting it to good use...I'm overwhelmed sometimes just trying to keep up with this dastardly, tyrannical administration and Congress...everything is happening at breakneck speed! THANKS so much for putting this out here and I'm going to put this up on my blog(s), too! I am amazed at the number of people who don't realize what's going on and don't plan to attend a tea party on April 15. I figure it's one chance we have to stand up and after what our forefathers did for us, we owe it to them. I've got my foamboard ready and my huge magic marker and I'm coming up with some slogans.
